The AccountSense logo is born.
Moved into their current office on Deschutes in Kennewick.

Met the myriad demands of the pandemic with our pre-existing remote framework and excelled at learning federal mandates and benefits.
Introduced Strategic Advisory Services, adopting a truly innovative service model aimed at simpifying tax season for our clients and staff.
Moved into their first brick and mortar and began offering payroll services to meet client demands.
First annual 10-Key Staff Competition
Acquired local tax practice and 150 new clients and shifted internal efforts toward staff & service optimization.
Welcomed our 1000th client and our first fully remote staff member.

In addition to our core services, such as tax preparation and bookkeeping, we now offer Strategic Advisory Services to support our clients in making pivotal decisions for their businesses. Our concierge model allows us to get to know our clients on a deeper level, understanding not just their numbers but also their goals, challenges, and aspirations. This approach has allowed us to build strong relationships with our clients, who have become our partners in growth and success.
We’ve celebrated numerous milestones, from expanding into commercial office spaces to strategically navigating the challenges of a global pandemic. Our journey includes technological advancements, from our first server, Mimzy, to our current cloud-based infrastructure. Looking towards the future, we remain dedicated to continuous evolution and growth.
