Morgan Flear

Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager, Morgan thrives on uncovering the story behind the numbers. A QuickBooks ProAdvisor with more than a decade of experience, she brings both technical expertise and curiosity to every client relationship. Her career has spanned industries from real estate to professional services and technology, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges entrepreneurs face and the opportunities that smart financial management can unlock.

At Account Sense, Morgan leads the accounting team, mentoring them to spot patterns in the numbers, keep the books in order, and translate financials into plain English. To her, accounting isn’t just about clean records; it’s about giving business owners the confidence and clarity to grow.

Morgan’s path into accounting started in high school, when a single class sparked her interest and revealed a natural skill. Since then, she’s built a career focused on helping business owners succeed by understanding their finances on a deeper level.

A Kansas native, Morgan grew up in Argonia and now lives in Freeport with her husband and their four kids, including a set of twins who ensure there’s never a dull moment. Juggling the pace of family life alongside leading a team and supporting clients has taught her how to stay focused, flexible, and quick on her feet. It all comes down to creating structure, keeping things running smoothly, and finding joy in the process.

“Numbers tell a story, and I love helping clients see what theirs are saying so they can make smarter, more confident decisions.”
